Tasting Notes
With an intense and concentrated ruby colour, Costureiro is a limited-edition DOC Douro red wine produced only in exceptional years and under exceptional conditions, making it the brand’s premium product. In its genesis lies the attempt to find the perfect combination between its body, notes and aromas elegantly intertwined, seeking a delicate harmony of its grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
Extremely fragrant, with a concentrated aroma of berries and elegant notes of mocha and coffee. Firm but smooth tannins, with a long and persistent finish. A promising wine for ageing due to the excellent balance between complexity and elegance.
Immediately pleasant, it pairs well with matured cheeses, sausages, intense red meat dishes and game.
Serve between 16ºc to 18ºc after decanting.
