Clear white wine with greenish hues. On the nose, a fresh profile stands out, with notes of resin, mango, and some spice. The wood is well-integrated, adding complexity to the ensemble. On the palate, the wine has a broad and expansive attack, with crystal-clear acidity. It finishes long and elegant.

Vinification

The fermentation took place at a controlled temperature, with 50% of the batch fermenting and aging in stainless steel, and the remaining 50% fermenting and aging in French oak barrels. It remained in contact with the lees until bottling.
